Excluding Mardi Gras, all room rates begin at $145.00 plus 14% taxes per room per night for a maximum of two adults. All rates include a full Southern breakfast.

Reservations:
A valid Visa or Mastercard number or a one nights deposit is required to confirm all reservations. Sorry, we do not accept American Express or Discover. All charges are applied the morning of arrival and your receipt will be ready at check-in. If you prefer to use an alternate form of payment at check-in, please just ask.

Policies:
» The Kate Shepard House is a no smoking facility. Smoking is only allowed on one of the exterior downstairs porches.
» There is a 72 hour cancellation policy, however, please contact us as soon as your plans change so that we have every opportunity to rebook our rooms.
» Some pets are welcome with prior approval. A $50.00 per night pet fee applies.
» As with most Bed and Breakfasts, The Kate Shepard House is not suitable for small children.
» Check in is between 3pm – 7pm. Check-out is by 11am.
